The recent Dynamic Brawler’s Armor and Energized Triumvirate Armor from  Mid Rim’s Explorer Pack have animated effects that can be applied to any other armor via the outfit designer. Disclaimer: Beware that this is likely caused by a bug and Bioware may fix it in later patches as the animation effects currently do not work(...)
