    MCE - Flexible Fenders

What's the difference is between our proprietary blend of TPO plastic and plastics used by other manufacturers. We think the best way to explain this is to consider plastic chemistry to be much like blending metal alloys for a specific purpose. Obvious high grade aerospace alloys are more expensive than mild steel, but often the extra expense is worth it. With plastics, the situation is much the same. We opt to use a more expensive blend of TPO plastic because it's the only way we can get the properties we need for a true off-road designed fender. Enough stiffness to maintain shape, enough elasticity to absorb and flex, tough enough to never crack, and it will not degrade under UV radiation. Combine all that with a flexible temp rating to -40* F and you have a material vastly superior to our competition. Kind of the 300M alloy of the plastic world.
