  • Photo's from north Sweden

High Cost Bridge, a world heritage site

A little shed with the light from the sunset

A shed to store wood for the fireplace in Korpilombolo

Sunset over Korpoloboloj?rvi (That is Finnish ron, you had finnish heritige didnt you? Well it might be Sami aswell, the native's language but it leans towards Me?nkieli a varient of the old north-Finnish language)

The barn that my mother's father's father built in 1907

From the car hence the ugly fence, but I liked the sky and the green grass

Old cottagestyle building at sunset by Korpilomboloj?rvi

Burning candle at my Uncles place.

    Roses

My uncles house by the lake, with his property above it

Sunset by korpilomboloj?rvi (I will say Korpis from here on, it's just to much to write haha )

Sunset that looks kind of like gold

    By the lake

My uncles little boat by the lake (Korpis)

You know what this is by now

Sign of where the Arctic Circle is. There's around 30 miles north left till you arive in Korpilombolo. Everything above the Arctic Circle has no sunsets for 1 month (for korpilombolo, the futher north you get the longer it will be without a sunset, oposite for going south)

Old storage cottage along a trail that is falling apart

Something I'm not aware what the name is in English but it's on a rock haha

Taken at Jockfall, the biggest waterfall along Kalix river

The fall itself, it's tiny compared to the biggest falls in the world but the sound was stilll deafening

    very nice Shots there.....

Though the only thing I noticed right away was that compositionally you're going to have to learn the rule of thirds. All of the lake shots except for the one with the boat have the horizons dead center.....go back and reshoot

Yeah I know, but I wasn't sure they would of added much on those shots, I did take a few with the rule of thirds but didn't do a thing for me at that point on the camera LCD, but it's a hard pick. It would of done more if the sky itself was interesting but it wasn't But I'm slightly undecided.

You don't need to go to a interesting place to take pictures, you just need to take them!

Kroll you're right, but between having to run up north and trying to find work....I just haven't got the motivation to take any lately

I wouldn't mind, we could watch Red Wings and then have a hockeymatch on the frozen lake, that would require it to be vinter though hehe. Can just BBQ and then chill (works very well there )
