Raven Shield unable to connect to UBI? - FIX
im bored and installed Raven Shield to goof around with. i was unable to connect to ubi.com to view server lists. here is the fix:
1. Go onto the ravenshield/system folder
2. Open gsrouter.dat with notepad
3. Copy over the text in the [Servers] section with the following text:
[Servers]
RouterIP0=gsrouter2.ubisoft.com
RouterPort0=40000
RouterLauncherPort0=40005
RouterIP1=gsrouter1.ubisoft.com
RouterPort1=40000
RouterLauncherPort1=40005
CDKeyServerIP0=gscdkey.ubisoft.com
CDKeyServerPort0=44000
4. Save and exit. You should not have any more trouble loggin in from this point.
* - with vista i had to go into the gsrouter.dat properties and change the permissions for the user i had logged into vista. i had to give it full control so i could save the edits.
